Quieting the outer noise.

in my thoughts on stuff
Every now & then you have to take a break.
A rest from gathering new things/ideas/thoughts.
If you can’t make any more room for outside stuff.
When your mind becomes so cluttered you can’t gain focus or clarity.
Resist the urge to look for the answer “out there”.
It’s right where it has always been,
in YOU.
Instead of just seeing it as a problem to fix,
Trust that the Universe will guide.
Move in the direction of YOUR dreams.
See what unfolds.
PS I bought this print last year, when I see it I think tranquility and peace.

Hey there Melly. I so value your blog and what you’ve written today resonates deeply with me and is so true. For me the shifting comes as I stand and defend that I will know what steps to take even if the whole isn’t clearly outlined in thought…Quiet reflection, meditation, or immediate affirmation of I know what I need to know right now for me always yields one sense of a next step. And what fuels this assertion is my conviction in all of us being inseparable to the Mind governing, establishing, maintaining all things. I”m so grateful for this reminder time and again.
Thanks muchly for the visual too. An incredible view.:)

Tresha- Thank you! That is such a treasured comment. I’m honored that something I shared resonated with your spirit. Mccabe’s photo is one of my favorites that I have. Just such a peaceful & hopeful essence to it.
