my sunday

today consists of making my little nest tidy and pretty.

i love looking around my studio and seeing
all the amazing artsy pieces.
they lift my spirits.
they bring me joy
they add color and light to my life.

in other words….they reflect my insides.
how i want to live.
how i see the world.
magic and wonder.
being kind
being bold with love.
as best i can.

i found a really groovy healthy
place to eat down the street
from where i live.
it is called true food.
it is awesome.
last night was a treat of sashimi
tuna salad with edamame and ginger.
mmmmmmm.
what a find!

i have been posting less because
work is taking up most of my waking hours.
i am going to try to write more
even if it is short and sweet.
