Keith- thank you. nice to have you! i am definitely a big fan of ‘stepping out’ of that safety zone occasionally. too often it can feel better to stay in the comfy place & that may keep you stuck!

Heather- hey lovely lady, you are definitely NOT alone! one thing through my journey is that even though it happens the length of time i dwell is shorter. that is a very cool thing. i think it is so groovy we can all be here and learn from each other~

Hi Melly!

This post rocks! I love this line “Start with a deep breath. Then just trust YOU. Share what you want; occasionally more just to get out of that ’safe zone’.”

We MUST step out of that safe zone from time to time, depart a little from our “norm” and experience something new and different. To not do this is to get bored with life and become dull!
