right now though,
it’s time for me to rest & play
& let myself be ok with the
idea that i don’t constantly have to
do in order to prove my worth.
it’s true.
doing is only part of the equation.

Melly, this is so wise in so many ways. I read a story once about a woman who was bed ridden and in the hospital who once said, “I do not need to prove my right to exist.” Sometimes, we just need to be. So important. Enjoy the inner journey!
