the best game at 3 AM

it's on!!

what do i wish?

i would love to feel the complete abandon of being comfortable in my own

skin & find new ways to step out and share my heart with the world & work

with the peeps on my mondo beyondo list &  learn to ‘pace’ myself

(taking time for rest and play) & have healthy boundaries not walls!

that’s what is on my heart for today…

Gentle Reminder for today

This nudge comes from my heart…

and goes to yours…

YOU have nothing to prove. Being YOU is enough.

So grateful for good friends

Tonight I want to say, “Thank you!”

It’s been a rough week battling a bit of being in alone-ville.  I was focusing on doing my writing & some artsy stuff which means not much time hanging out with others. That left me feeling a little detached.

When I got this surprise in the mail, I was super excited.  Did not know it was coming!

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Danielle.  Sweetie, I really do believe that goodies come at just the right moment.  You are so thoughtful.  This gift made my day.

each blog has it own

i read A LOT of blogs.
there are so many stories.
i treasure each and every one.

people who speak of art and magic,
people who teach you the value of
a dollar,
how to be single and love it,
accepting yourself,
being kind,
shame resilience,
and embracing your goddess.

all these people have given me
pieces of their wisdom and i love it.

time has come though to stop
comparing.

that i, too, have stuff to give.
words to say.
and while i may feel silly to share.
it is coming.

so to start…

every time i dance, i feel free.
my favorite song as of lately is
“get up offa that thing” by james brown.
he is such a rockin’ dude.
there is no better feeling than
getting your wiggle on. :)

this blog is me. for me and by me.
thanks for sharing in this journey….

xoxo

Wishing you only groovy times in 2009!
